How do I get an account?
Everyone joins by invitation from an administrator: the Global Admin for organization admins, and organization or complex admins for their complexes. See Accept an invitation.
Why does a menu item open a “Coming soon” page?
That part of the portal is planned and not built yet. Every such item has an article in the feature reference describing what is planned.
Why can’t I see a menu item my colleague sees?
Menus depend on your context and your permissions. Check the context switcher, and see How the menus work.
Can I use the portal in Armenian or Russian?
Yes: pick the language in the header. The choice is saved to your profile; see Language and theme.
Does the portal work on a phone?
Yes. Every page adapts to a phone: tables become cards and the menu opens from the header. A native app for owners is planned.
Is anything ever deleted?
Organizations, complexes, units and unit types are archived, not deleted, and keep their history. The audit log keeps every entry. Leads are removed after 24 months, and exported files after 7 days.
Who can see what I do?
Security-relevant actions, such as changes, sign-ins and exports, are written to the audit log, which the Global Admin reads. Nobody can approve their own request.
A message says someone else changed the record. What now?
Two people edited the same thing. The portal keeps the first save and reloads it for you; make your change again. See the troubleshooting pages.
