Pricing questions
What counts as a unit?
Every unit registered in the portal, such as an apartment or a commercial space. The price of the Standard plan applies to each of them.
What happens when we grow past 200 units?
Contact sales and we move you to the Standard plan. Your data, settings and users’ access stay exactly as they are.
Why are the prices in different currencies not an exact conversion?
Each currency has its own fixed price, set in advance. Prices are never converted at a daily exchange rate.
Is the annual price cheaper?
Yes. Paying for a year costs the same as ten months, so two months are free.
Can we try it before signing up?
Yes. The demo opens the app with sample data and needs no signup, and the Free plan has no time limit.
Is there a free trial of the paid plans?
Yes. Start a free trial from the Standard or Enterprise card and your new organization gets that plan, with every feature it includes, for up to 1,000 units and 5 GB of files. If you do not buy it by the end of the trial, the organization moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted, but above 200 units or 500 MB of files you cannot add more until you upgrade. Once white-label branding ships, an Enterprise trial includes it. If the organization then moves to the Free plan, its brand is kept but switched off, and it comes back on the Enterprise plan.
Can we use our own brand and domain?
Soon, on the Enterprise plan. White-label branding is coming, with your logo, colours and font across the web and mobile apps, your company's name on invoices, statements, receipts, emails and notifications, and the portal on your own domain, such as portal.your-company.am.
How do we pay for a paid plan?
Paid plans are invoiced to your organization. There is no online checkout on this site, so start a free trial from the plan’s card, or contact sales.
