White-label branding is part of the Enterprise plan. Without it, the portal shows the default HOA Portal brand. If your organization moves to a plan without it, your brand and domain are kept but switched off, and they come back when it is on the Enterprise plan again.
Status colours, the layout and the content stay the same for every brand, so owners always read a debt or an overdue invoice the same way.
