What is HOA Portal?
A web portal for homeowners associations. It keeps the property register, owners and residents, fees and payments, communication, votes and day-to-day operations in one place.
Who is it for?
Management companies that run many associations, the boards and admins of a single building or district, and the owners and residents who live there.
What can I use today?
The foundation is in place — sign-in, roles and permissions, the audit log and exports. Everything marked “Coming soon” on this site is on the roadmap and not in the app yet.
Which languages does it support?
English, Armenian and Russian, on every screen. Each person picks their own language.
Which currencies can a complex use?
Armenian dram by default. A complex will be able to use any other active currency, and totals across complexes are shown per currency, never converted.
How is our data protected?
Each organization's data is kept apart from every other, secrets are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, and security-relevant actions are recorded in an audit log whose integrity can be verified.
Is there a mobile app?
The web app works on any phone today. A native app for owners and residents is on the roadmap.
How much does it cost?
Free for up to 200 units; larger associations pay per unit, and above 1,000 units the terms are agreed with sales. The Pricing page has the details. Self-service signup, starting on the Free plan, is coming soon.
