Owners, residents and staff

An association is its people. HOA.AM keeps a register of who owns, rents or lives in each unit, and that register is what invoices, votes and announcements use, so it is always the one place to keep up to date.
Owners join by invitation, from an email, an SMS or a poster in their entrance, and invite their own family and tenants. When a flat is sold, the transfer moves it to the new owner on the right date and keeps the history.

Every owner, co-owner, tenant and family member of each unit, with ownership shares, contacts and status, and an export to Excel or PDF.
Invitations by email, SMS or link
Invite owners to the portal by email, SMS or a link with a QR code, in their own language, and resend it when it gets lost.
Entrance posters with a QR code
A printable poster for each entrance; residents scan it, type the email or phone they were registered with and get their invitation again.
Owners invite their household
Owners add family members and tenants to their flat with limited access, and take it away when they move out.
Ownership transfers
Move a unit to its new owners on the date of the sale, with the deed attached, and keep the full ownership history.
Ownership documents and verification
Owners upload their ownership certificate, and the management marks the owner as verified.

Each owner keeps their own phone, emergency contact and language, and can hide their phone from neighbours.
Staff and shifts
