Settings, languages and money

When the portal refuses something, it says why in a short message. Find the message below; the code after it is what support will ask for.

This language is turned off on the platform. Choose another one.

Code: LANGUAGE_DISABLED

Choose an enabled language, or ask the Global Admin to turn it on in Settings › Languages.

English is the fallback language and cannot be turned off.

Code: FALLBACK_LANGUAGE_REQUIRED

Keep English among the languages: it is shown wherever a translation is missing.

The default language for new users must be turned on.

Code: DEFAULT_LANGUAGE_NOT_ENABLED

Turn the language on first, or pick another default.

Keep at least one currency enabled.

Code: ENABLED_CURRENCIES_REQUIRED

Turn another currency on before turning this one off.

This currency is not supported.

Code: UNSUPPORTED_CURRENCY

The currency is turned off on the platform. Choose an enabled one, or ask the Global Admin to turn it on.

Amounts in … can have at most … decimal places.

Code: INVALID_AMOUNT_SCALE

Round the amount to the currency’s decimals.

These settings were changed by someone else. Reload them and try again.

Code: PLATFORM_SETTINGS_VERSION_CONFLICT

Another admin changed the settings. The page reloads; make your change again.

This permission set cannot be saved. Only permissions that can be granted to a staff sub-role are allowed, and a complex override cannot be empty.

Code: INVALID_PERMISSION_SET

Keep at least one permission, or select Reset to defaults to follow the platform defaults.

This role’s permissions are fixed and cannot be changed. Only Accountant, Board member, Maintenance staff and Concierge can be configured.

Code: ROLE_NOT_CONFIGURABLE

Only the four staff roles can be configured.
