Complex Admin
A complex's administrator: its profile, structure, units, unit types and the permissions of its staff.
A Complex Admin runs one complex day to day. For a building the portal calls them a Building admin, for a district a District admin; it is the same role. A person can administer several complexes and switches between them in the header.
What a Complex Admin does
- Keeps the complex profile current: name, address, legal and bank details, contacts, currency and languages.
- Builds the structure: blocks, entrances and floors of a building, or streets and blocks of a district, or clones it from another complex.
- Sees the units on the chessboard or district map and works with them in the units table.
- Adds custom unit types.
- Chooses what each staff role may do in the complex in Roles & permissions.
The complex’s time zone is set by the Global Admin or the Org Admin; a Complex Admin sees it read-only.
