When the portal refuses something, it says why in a short message. Find the message below; the code after it is what support will ask for.

Code: STRUCTURE_ELEMENT_IN_USE

Units still sit on the element. Move them to another element in the units table, or archive them, then delete it.

Entrances still belong to this block (…). Move or delete them first.

Code: BLOCK_HAS_ENTRANCES

Edit those entrances to move them to another block, or delete them, then delete the block.

Code: STRUCTURE_DUPLICATE

Codes, floor numbers and street names are unique in a complex, ignoring case. Pick another one, or edit the existing element.

This element does not fit the complex: a building has blocks, entrances and floors, a district has streets and blocks.

Code: STRUCTURE_TYPE_MISMATCH

Add the elements that fit the complex type. If the type is wrong, the Global Admin can change it on the complex.

This element was changed by someone else. Reload the structure and try again.

Code: STRUCTURE_VERSION_CONFLICT

A colleague changed the same element. The structure reloads; make your change again.

This complex already has a structure. Cloning only fills an empty complex.

Code: CLONE_TARGET_NOT_EMPTY

Cloning only fills an empty complex. Add the missing elements by hand instead.

This complex already has units. Cloning only fills an empty complex.

Code: CLONE_TARGET_NOT_EMPTY

The complex already has units. Clone the structure only into a new, empty complex.

A building can only be copied from a building, and a district from a district.

Code: CLONE_TYPE_MISMATCH

Pick a source complex of the same type.

The complex to copy from was not found, or you do not manage it.

Code: CLONE_SOURCE_NOT_FOUND

The source must be an active complex of the same organization in which you can edit units.

This complex already has an active unit type with this English name.

Code: CUSTOM_UNIT_TYPE_DUPLICATE

Active types of a complex cannot share a name in one language. Choose another name, or edit the existing type.

This unit type is archived and can no longer be changed.

Code: CUSTOM_UNIT_TYPE_ARCHIVED

Archived types are final. Add a new type if you need one.

An active unit of this type already has this number in the complex.

Code: UNIT_DUPLICATE

Unit numbers are unique per type among the active units, ignoring case. Choose another number or type.

This unit is archived and can no longer be changed.

Code: UNIT_ARCHIVED

An archived unit keeps its history and cannot be edited. Remove it from the selection and try again.

Code: UNIT_VERSION_CONFLICT

A colleague changed the unit a moment ago. The table shows their value; make your change again.

This block, entrance, floor or street does not belong to the complex or does not fit it.

Code: UNIT_LOCATION_INVALID

Pick an entrance, floor or street of this complex; an entrance must belong to the chosen block.
