Currencies
Choose which currencies organizations and complexes can pick, and see where each one is in use.
Every organization and complex keeps its money in one currency. The Global Admin decides which currencies they can choose from.
Who can use it
The Global Admin: Sidebar › Settings › Currencies in the platform context.
The list
Each currency shows its code and name, its Symbol, its Decimals, its Usage and whether it is Enabled. A fresh platform enables the Armenian dram, the US dollar, the euro, the Russian rouble and the UAE dirham.
- Search by code or name filters the list on the screen.
- Usage says In use, with the number of organizations and complexes, or Not in use. An amber chip marks a currency that is in use but turned off.
- Each switch saves at once.
Rules
- At least one currency stays enabled; the last one cannot be turned off.
- A turned-off currency is no longer offered for a new choice. An organization or complex that already uses it keeps it.
- Amounts are checked against the currency’s decimals, such as two for the dollar.
- Changes are written to the audit log.
