Accept an invitation
Everyone joins an organization or complex by invitation: open the link, create your account or sign in, and accept.
The portal has no open sign-up for existing organizations and complexes: you join one by invitation. An administrator invites you by email, and the link either creates your account or adds a role to the account you already have.
Open the invitation
Open the link from the email. You can also paste the link, or the code printed under a QR code, into Open an invitation link on the sign-in page.
The page shows You are invited to the complex, who invited you, the role you are offered and, for an administrator, every complex the invitation covers.
If you are new to the portal
- Check your Full name; the person who invited you may have filled it in.
- Choose a password in Create password: at least 8 characters, with at least one number.
- Pick your Preferred language.
- Select Accept and continue.
Your account is created, you are signed in on this browser until you close it, and the portal opens with your new role.
If you already have an account
The page says the email already has an account.
- Signed out: select Sign in to accept, sign in, and you come back to the invitation.
- Signed in with that email: select Accept invitation.
The new role appears in the context switcher right away.
Invitation rules
- An invitation is valid for 14 days and works once.
- It is for one email address. Signed in with another account, you see This invitation was sent to another email address. Sign out and sign in with the invited address.
- An administrator can withdraw an invitation before you accept it.
When the link does not work
- This invitation has expired. Ask the person who invited you for a new one.
- This invitation has already been accepted. Sign in instead.
- This invitation was withdrawn. Ask the administrator whether you should still join.
- This invitation link is not valid. Check that you copied the whole link.
