Owner and resident menus
The menu of an owner and of a resident, and the tab bar they use on a phone.
This is the real menu of the role, generated from the portal itself, so it always matches what you see. Each item links to its article. Available items open working pages; Coming soon items open a placeholder until they are built. Items you lack the permission for are hidden in the portal, so your own menu can be shorter.
Every owner page is still coming soon. A resident’s menu is the owner’s without Voting.
