Audit log
A tamper-evident record of every security-relevant change and sign-in, with a one-click check that nothing was altered or removed.
The audit log records who did what and when: sign-ins, changes to organizations, complexes, structure and units, roles and permissions, settings, invitations and exports. It can only grow. Entries are never edited or deleted.
Who can use it
The Global Admin: Sidebar › Audit log in the platform context. Anyone else gets not found. The organization context’s Audit log is coming soon.
The log
Columns: When (in your time zone), Who (System for automatic actions), Category, Action (a short description), Complex and IP address. Newest first.
- Search by person or action.
- Filter by Category: Finance, Units, Users & access or View as owner.
- Pick a Date range; either end can stay open.
- Select a complex’s id in a row to show only that complex; remove the filter with its ×.
- Save the view and Export to Excel, CSV or PDF.
Verify integrity
Each entry carries a cryptographic link to the one before it, one chain for the platform and one per organization. Changing or removing any entry breaks the chain.
Select Verify integrity to recompute every chain:
- The audit log is intact: N entries checked. Nothing was changed or removed.
- or The audit log was tampered with: entry #N is the first one that no longer matches its hash chain. Treat this as a security incident.
The platform also checks the chains once a day on its own.
