Complex Admin menus
Every menu item a Complex Admin sees inside a complex, group by group.
This is the real menu of the role, generated from the portal itself, so it always matches what you see. Each item links to its article. Available items open working pages; Coming soon items open a placeholder until they are built. Items you lack the permission for are hidden in the portal, so your own menu can be shorter.
In a district, Building structure is called District map.
