Sign up your organization

Who: anyone starting a new organization. Path: Sign-in page › Create an organization, or a sign-up button on the website.

Steps

1. Open the sign-up page and fill in:

   • Your name and Work email, the address you will sign in with;
   • Organization name, 2–120 characters;
   • Country, which suggests your organization’s currency and time zone (each new complex can pick its own);
   • Language for your account and emails.

   Agree to the terms and the privacy policy, then select Create organization.

2. Check your inbox. The link in the email works once and for 24 hours. If the address already has an account, the email tells you how to sign in or reset your password instead.

3. Open the link and choose a password: at least 8 characters with a number. Select Create organization and sign in.

4. You are now the Org Admin of your new organization, on the Free plan, and the portal opens the new-complex wizard so you can set up your first complex.

Signed up from a paid plan’s Start free trial button? Your organization runs on that plan for 30 days, then moves to the Free plan unless you buy the plan.

Good to know

• The organization starts without a tax ID (TIN); you do not need one to set up your complexes.
• If another organization already has the name, a number is added to yours; the platform team can rename it for you.
