Signing in and sessions
What the messages at sign-in, password reset and session expiry mean, and what to do.
When the portal refuses something, it says why in a short message. Find the message below; the code after it is what support will ask for.
Invalid email or password.
Code: INVALID_CREDENTIALS
The email or the password is wrong, or the account is deactivated. Check both, mind the keyboard language, and reset the password if needed.
Too many attempts. Please try again later.
Code: RATE_LIMITED
Too many attempts in a short time, for one email or from one network. Wait about 15 minutes and try again.
Your session has expired. Please sign in again.
Code: INVALID_REFRESH_TOKEN
Your session ended: after 7 days without activity, after a password reset, or because you signed out elsewhere. Sign in again.
This password reset link is invalid or has expired. Request a new one.
Code: RESET_TOKEN_INVALID
The link is older than 30 minutes, was already used, or a newer link replaced it. Request a new one and open the newest email.
You do not have permission to perform this action.
Code: FORBIDDEN
Your role in this context does not allow the action. Check that you are in the right context, or ask an administrator for the permission.
The requested resource was not found.
Code: NOT_FOUND
The page or record does not exist, or it is outside the places you have access to. The portal answers not found rather than revealing what exists elsewhere. Check the link and your context.
An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later.
Code: INTERNAL_ERROR
Something failed on the server. Try again in a moment; if it keeps happening, tell your administrator what you were doing and when.
This version of the app is no longer supported. Please update it to continue.
Code: APP_UPDATE_REQUIRED
The mobile app on your phone is too old. Update it from the app store.
