Org Admin

An Org Admin runs one organization, typically a management company. They see all of its complexes, add new ones, appoint complex administrators, and can work inside any of the organization’s complexes with a Complex Admin’s rights.

What an Org Admin does

• Lists the organization’s complexes and creates new ones.
• Appoints and removes complex administrators. An Org Admin always does it by invitation, even for people who already have an account.
• Opens any complex of the organization from the context switcher and works in it like its Complex Admin.
• Changes a complex’s time zone in its profile, which a Complex Admin cannot.
• Sees the billing plan of each unit in the units table and the unit’s card. Only the Global Admin changes plans.

Only the Global Admin appoints Org Admins; an Org Admin sees the list of organization admins read-only.

When the organization is suspended

While the platform has the organization suspended, its members can sign in and read everything, but every change is refused with The organization is suspended, so changes are not allowed until it is reactivated. Contact the platform operator to reactivate it.
