Administrators
Who runs each organization and complex: appoint organization and complex administrators, invite them by email, and revoke access.
Two kinds of administrator run the organizations and complexes:
- An organization admin runs every complex of one organization.
- A complex admin runs one or more chosen complexes.

Organization admins
On an organization’s page, the Admins tab lists its Organization admins with when each was Last active. The Global Admin adds one in two ways:
- Promote a complex admin: pick one of the organization’s complex admins; they become organization admin at once.
- Invite admin: enter the Email, Full name and Language. An active account with that email becomes an organization admin at once; anyone else gets an invitation email in the chosen language.
An archived organization takes no new admins.
Complex admins
Sidebar › Administrators lists every complex admin with the complexes they run and when they were last active; the organization context lists only that organization’s. Above it, in the organization context, are its organization admins, read-only.
- Invite admin: enter the Email, Full name, one to 50 Complexes and the Language. One invitation covers all the chosen complexes.
- From the Global Admin, an existing account gets the complexes at once and no email is sent.
- From an Org Admin, the person always gets an invitation to accept, even if they already have an account. The portal never tells an Org Admin whether an email has an account elsewhere.
- Add complex on a row gives that admin one more active complex.
- × on a complex chip revokes access to that complex after a confirmation.
Rules
- Revoking takes effect with the person’s next action.
- Removing an organization admin keeps any role they hold on a single complex.
- Nobody can invite themselves or change their own access.
- An archived complex takes no new admins.
- Invitations are valid for 14 days; see Invitations.
- Every assignment, invitation and revocation is written to the audit log.
