Complexes
The buildings and districts an organization manages: list them with their figures, create new ones, edit, archive and restore.
A complex is one property: a Building (blocks, entrances, floors) or a District (streets, houses and land plots). Most day-to-day work in the portal happens inside one complex.
Who can use it
- Global Admin: Sidebar › Complexes in the platform context lists every complex; they create, edit, archive and restore any of them.
- Org Admin: Sidebar › Complexes in the organization context lists the organization’s complexes; they create new ones there.
The list
Each row shows the complex with its type and address, and its Organization (platform view), Units, Occupancy, Collection, Debt, Admins and Health. The subtitle totals the complexes and their units.
- Units counts the active units and Occupancy the share of them occupied.
- Collection, Debt and Health need the finance module, which is coming soon; until then they show “—”.
- Search by name, address, legal entity or TIN; in the platform view, filter by status and organization.
- Save the view you use most. The list has no export.
- Open enters the complex as its administrator.
Create a complex
New complex (also in the sidebar) opens Set up a new complex, one page in sections:
- Type, Building or District; the Organization (fixed in the organization context); the Complex name (2–120 characters) and Address.
- The map location: click the map to place the pin, drag it, or type the latitude and longitude.
- A Photo: JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 5 MB.
- Structure: a building’s number of Floors (1–100) and Entrances (1–30), or a district’s Blocks; the Year built and Total area.
- Legal entity and bank: legal entity, TIN (8 digits), bank, account number, phone and email.
- Currency, time zone and languages: leave the currency and time zone empty to take the organization’s; choose at least one language.
Only an active organization can get a new complex. See Walkthrough: create a complex.
Edit a complex
The Global Admin’s Edit changes the same basics. The organization cannot change. Changing the time zone asks for confirmation, because scheduled runs, such as reminders and late fees, follow the new zone from then on. A complex’s own admin keeps most of these details in its profile.
Billing plan
Below the form, Billing plan shows the complex’s Effective plan and where it comes from: Complex when it has its own plan, Organization when it inherits the organization’s default plan. To give it its own, choose the Own plan and the Starting month (the current month or later) and select Set plan. Clear own plan makes it inherit the default plan again from the month chosen. The plan must be an Active one in the currency of the organization’s other plans. The complex’s plan is also the plan of each of its units that has none of its own.
Archive and restore
Archive (Global Admin) takes the complex out of use: its owners and admins lose access and it reads as not found for them. Nothing in it is deleted, and Restore brings it back.
