When the portal refuses something, it says why in a short message. Find the message below; the code after it is what support will ask for.

Code: EXPORT_TOO_LARGE

Add filters, such as a date range, until the list is shorter, then export again.

You already have 3 exports in progress. Wait for one to finish and try again.

Code: EXPORT_QUEUE_FULL

Wait until one of your exports is ready in My exports, then start the next.

The file was not found or the link has expired.

Code: FILE_NOT_FOUND

Download links work for 5 minutes and exports are kept for 7 days. Select Download again, or export again.

You already have a saved view with this name for this table.

Code: SAVED_VIEW_NAME_TAKEN

Choose another name, or rename or delete the existing view.

You can keep at most 100 saved views. Delete one before saving another.

Code: SAVED_VIEW_LIMIT_REACHED

Delete views you no longer use from the View menus.

Cannot filter by “…” with this value.

Code: INVALID_FILTER

A saved view or an old link holds a filter the list no longer knows. Select Reset the table.

Cannot sort by “…”.

Code: INVALID_SORT

Select Reset the table and sort by a column header.

This status change is not allowed for the lead’s current status.

Code: LEAD_INVALID_TRANSITION

Leads move forward only; see the status table. The lead reloads with its current status.

This lead was changed by someone else. Reload it and try again.

Code: LEAD_VERSION_CONFLICT

Another admin changed the lead. It reloads; check it and try again.
