Meter readings review
The month’s meter readings of the complex, the unusually high ones to confirm or reject, and the meters still without a reading.
The Meter readings page lists the readings of every meter in the complex for one month. It also shows the unusually high readings to check and the meters nobody has submitted a reading for yet. It works on a desktop, a tablet or a phone.
Who can use it
Sidebar › Operations › Meter readings, with Manage meters & readings: a Complex Admin, or an Org or Global Admin inside the complex.
The tabs
- All: every reading of the month, the latest first.
- Anomalies: the readings far above the meter’s usual consumption, still to check. The Factor column says how much higher, such as ×3.2.
- Missing: the active meters with no reading for the month.
On All and Anomalies each row shows the unit, its owners, the meter (kind and serial number), the reading, the consumption since the last one, the factor, the status and the photo attached to the reading, if any. On Missing a row shows the unit, its owners, the meter and the month. Meters are added in the unit card. Pick another month with Month, narrow to one kind of meter with Meter, or search by serial number. Export downloads the tab as Excel or PDF.
Press the camera in the Photo column to open the photo full size. Press a row to open the unit’s meter history: a chart of the monthly consumption of each meter and its recent readings.
Confirm or reject a reading
An unusually high reading has Confirm and Reject on its row.
- Confirm accepts it.
- Reject marks it rejected and notifies the unit’s owners. The month shows on Missing again until a new reading arrives. They submit the reading again on their Meter readings page while the 20th–25th window is open.
Either way you can add a Note to the owner, up to 500 characters. You cannot review a reading you entered yourself, or one of a unit you own; another administrator reviews it.
