What is planned
- Starting a complex’s fee rules, which are available now, from the platform’s fee templates.
- Monthly invoices generated on the 1st; running them by hand asks for confirmation.
- Late fees of 0.1% a day after the 10th, capped at 10%.
- Online payments; manual payments and the bank statement import are available now.
- Debt aging and reminders, and the reserve fund’s own screen; expenses and the budget are available now.
