Contacts directory
Emergency numbers, the management office and utility companies in one list, each a tap away; the management keeps it up to date.
The contacts directory keeps the numbers residents need in one place: emergency services, the management office and utility companies such as the water supply and the power company.
Call a contact
Owners, residents and tenants open Contacts (under More on a phone, in the sidebar on a computer). Staff open Community › Contacts.
The list has up to three groups, always in this order:
- Emergency: police, fire and rescue, ambulance and other emergency numbers.
- Management: the management office, the concierge desk and other people who run the complex.
- Utilities: water, power, gas and other utility companies.
Each contact shows its name, a description and its opening hours, if the management added them. Tap the phone number to call it, or the email address to write to it.
Keep the directory up to date
A Complex Admin, or a staff member whose role was given Manage the contacts directory, sees more buttons on the same page.
- Add contact opens a form. Pick the Group and enter the Name, then a Phone, an Email or both. Opening hours and Description are optional. A phone is an international number, such as +374 10 123456, or a short service number of 3 or 4 digits, such as 911. A new contact goes last in its group.
- The arrow buttons move a contact up or down within its group.
- The pencil button edits a contact. If you move it to another group, it goes last there.
- The bin button deletes a contact after you confirm.
Every change is written to the audit log, without the phone number or email.
