Your Home

Home is where the portal opens for an owner or resident. It shows what needs your attention across every complex you live in. An item from another complex says Also in and the complex’s name; selecting the item opens it in that complex.

An unread emergency alert of the complex you are in shows in a red banner at the top. Select it to read it.

What Home shows

• Amount due: what you owe on each unit you own, and the total for each currency. Totals in different currencies are never added together. Each unit that owes has its own Pay now: see Your payments. When a unit is past its due date it shows Overdue. When nothing is owed you see All paid and the date of the next invoice.
• Quick actions: New request, Guest pass, Book a space and Submit readings, each one you may use in the complex you are in.
• My properties: every unit you hold, with your role on it.
• Your vote is needed: each open vote still waiting for your vote, for your own units or for the units you hold a proxy for (By proxy), with its deadline. Vote opens it: see Voting as an owner.
• Requests: how many of your requests are open, and the latest ones with their status: see Maintenance requests.
• Bookings: your upcoming bookings, in your complex’s time: see Book an amenity.
• Latest announcements: emergency alerts first, then the newest, with a dot on those you have not read: see Your announcements.
• Recent chats: how many messages you have not read, and your latest conversations: see Chat.
• Planned work: the maintenance of the next 30 days that affects you: see Maintenance.

A tenant or family member who owns no unit sees no Amount due, no Your vote is needed and no Bookings: those belong to the owner.

Arrange your Home

Select Customize to choose the blocks you see and their order: select a block to hide or show it, and move it up or down. Reset to default brings every block back in the default order, and Done closes the bar. Your choice is saved at once and follows you to every device.

On a phone the blocks stack in one column, with Amount due and its Pay now at the top.
