Try a private demo

Open your own copy of a sample organization in one click and look around as an admin, an accountant or an owner.

Who: anyone who wants to see the portal before signing up. Path: Website › Try demo, or Sign-in page of the public demo › Try a private demo.

A private demo is your own copy of the sample organization Harevan Property Management, with its two complexes, owners, invoices and requests. Nobody else sees it, or what you change in it.

Start the demo

  1. Open the demo page with the website’s Try demo button.
  2. Complete the check that confirms you are a person, then select Start my demo. Preparing it takes a few seconds.
  3. On Your demo is ready, choose who to sign in as:
    • Organization admin: the whole organization, with its complexes, administrators and billing;
    • Building admin: one complex, with its units, owners, finance, votes and requests;
    • Accountant: invoices, payments, expenses and the budget;
    • Owner: a resident who pays charges, votes and sends requests.

The page also says when your demo will be deleted.

Switch persona

A banner at the top of every page reads Demo — deleted on and the date. Select Switch persona in it and choose another role: you stay in the same demo, with everything you changed. Sign up free, when it is shown, signs you out and opens the sign-up page, to create a real organization.

Good to know

  • A demo sends nothing: no email, SMS or push notification leaves the platform, even to an address you type into it.
  • No money moves. Online payments in a demo use a test provider only.
  • Uploads are limited to 50 MB per demo.
  • The public demo is reset every night at 03:30 Yerevan time, and the reset deletes every private demo. In the 30 minutes before it no new demo can be started; the page tells you when to come back.
  • The sign-in choices of a new demo work once each and for 10 minutes. If one has expired, select Start a new demo.
  • Nothing from a demo carries over to a real organization. To keep working, sign up your organization.
