Guest passes

Owners and residents create a time-limited guest pass in seconds and share it as a link with a QR code.

A guest pass lets a visitor in for one time window on one day. Owners, co-owners, tenants and family members can issue passes for a unit they hold.

Create a pass

On Home, tap Guest pass under the quick actions. You can also open Guest passes (under More on a phone, in the sidebar on a computer).

  1. If you hold more than one unit in the complex, choose the Unit the guest is visiting.
  2. Type the Guest name, from 2 to 120 characters.
  3. Pick the Date: today, or up to 90 days ahead.
  4. Set From and To. The window starts now and lasts four hours, ending by 23:55, unless you change it. The end must be after the start, and for today it must still be to come. The times are the complex’s local time.
  5. Optionally, add the Car plate, such as 35 OS 123.
  6. Tap Create pass.

Pass ready

The new pass shows its QR code, its code (such as GP-1001) and its time window. At the entrance the guest shows the code or the QR code, and the concierge checks it in by typing the code or scanning the QR code.

Tap Share link to send the pass. On a phone this opens the share sheet, so you can send the link by any messenger. Where sharing is not available, the link is copied and you see Link copied.

The link can be shared only right after you create the pass. The portal does not keep a copy of it, so nobody can show it again later. If you need a new link, create a new pass.

What the guest sees

The link opens a page that needs no account. It shows the guest’s name, the QR code and code, the date and time window, the car plate and the complex’s name and address. If your management company uses its own branding, the page shows it.

If the pass was revoked, its time window has ended, or you no longer hold the unit (for example, it was sold or your tenancy ended), the page says This pass is not available.

Active passes

Active passes lists your passes that can still be used, soonest first. A pass leaves the list once the concierge checks the guest in, once you revoke it, or when its time ends.

To cancel a pass, tap Revoke and confirm. The guest can no longer use it, and its link stops working.
