This part of the portal is planned. Here is what it will do.
What is planned
- An MCP (Model Context Protocol) server, so you can connect the AI agent you already use: Claude Code, Claude Desktop, claude.ai, ChatGPT, Cursor, Codex or any other MCP client.
- Owners ask their agent about their balance, invoices, payments, open requests, bookings and guest passes; staff about the figures their role may see, such as debtors, collection, the budget and response times.
- Later, a few everyday actions: report a problem, submit a meter reading, issue a guest pass, book or cancel a space.
- You connect with a personal access token you create under My account › AI agents, or through a consent screen for web connectors such as claude.ai and ChatGPT. You see and revoke every connection there.
- Your agent can never do more than you can in the portal: every request is checked against your current permissions, and it cannot approve, pay or change anyone else’s data.
