Global Admin
The platform operator: organizations, complexes and their admins, platform settings, the audit log and website leads.
The Global Admin runs the platform itself. They add the organizations that use the portal, create their complexes, appoint their administrators, and set what every organization shares: languages, currencies, fee templates and the default staff permissions.
What a Global Admin does
- Adds and edits organizations, and suspends, archives or restores them.
- Creates complexes in any organization, edits and archives them.
- Appoints organization and complex administrators, directly or by invitation.
- Sets the platform languages, currencies, fee templates, notification templates and billing plans.
- Assigns a billing plan to each organization, and its own plan to a complex or to units when they need one.
- Edits the default permissions of the staff roles.
- Reads the audit log and verifies that it is intact.
- Follows up leads from the website’s contact form.
A Global Admin can also open any complex from the context switcher and work in it with a Complex Admin’s rights.
