Billing overview
The platform's revenue at a glance: recurring revenue, a month's invoices and payments, who is late and which yearly plans renew soon.
The billing overview is the first thing the Global Admin sees under Billing. Every amount stays in its own currency: amounts in different currencies are never added together.
Who can use it
The Global Admin: Sidebar › Billing › Overview in the platform context. Nobody else can open it.
The figures
- Monthly recurring revenue: what the organizations’ current plans charge per month, priced on each organization’s latest recorded usage. A yearly plan counts at a twelfth of its price. Storage above the plan’s included amount, free trials and plans priced per contract are left out; the tile says how many organizations are priced per contract.
- Invoiced for the month: the issued, paid and overdue platform invoices of that month. Drafts and voided invoices do not count.
- Collected in the month: the payments received during the month, whichever month they pay for.
- Overdue: what the overdue invoices still owe, and how many organizations are late.
Choose another month at the top of the page; the month applies to Invoiced, Collected and the two charts. Clear it to return to the current month.
Charts
Revenue by plan and Revenue by organization compare what was invoiced with what was collected in the month, one chart per currency. A payment counts towards the plans of the invoice it pays, in proportion to that invoice’s charges.
Overdue organizations
Each organization with an overdue invoice: what it owes, how many invoices, the oldest due date and how many days have passed since. The status shows whether the organization is suspended and why: for non-payment, or by a Global Admin. Select the name to open the organization.
Annual renewals
Yearly plans that renew in the next 30 days, with the date and an estimate of the yearly price on the latest usage.

Export this list downloads the page as Excel or CSV, each row naming its section: Invoiced, Collected and the two breakdowns for the chosen month, the recurring revenue, overdue organizations and renewals as of now. See saved views and exports.
