Billing plans

The price list of the platform: what organizations pay, per unit, complex, user and storage, and what each plan includes.

A billing plan is a price list for the platform itself: what an organization pays for using HOA Portal. The Free, Standard and Enterprise plans of the pricing page are there from the start. A plan is assigned to an organization on its Plan tab, and a complex or a unit can have its own (see Complexes and Units). The monthly platform invoice comes with platform billing.

Who can use it

The Global Admin: Sidebar › Settings › Plans in the platform context. Nobody else sees the tab.

The list

Columns: Name (with the code under it), Status (Draft, Active or Retired), Billing period, Currency, Version and Features (or None), with Draft pending when unpublished price or feature changes wait. Each row has Edit, Publish, Retire and Preview price, as its status allows.

Prices and limits

  • Code: 2–40 capital letters, digits or underscores, such as STANDARD. It never changes.
  • Name in English, required, and in Armenian and Russian; a Description if you like.
  • Currency and Billing period (Monthly or Annual). Every amount is per period: an annual plan’s amounts are yearly.
  • Base fee, Per complex, Per active user and Per GB over the included storage, each 0 or more.
  • Unit prices: tiers per unit type. The first starts at unit 1, each next one right after the previous one ends, and only the last may have No end. With 1–200 at 200 and 201 onwards at 150, 250 apartments cost 200 × 200 + 50 × 150. A unit type without tiers costs nothing.
  • Limits: what the plan includes in Units and Storage (MB), and an optional Cap. Hard: block stops new units or uploads over the cap for the organizations whose default plan it is (see hard limits); the warnings of Soft: warn only are coming. Units above a last tier that has an end cost nothing, so give the last tier No end to price every unit; Per GB over the included storage needs a Storage (MB) limit.
  • Priced per contract: the price is agreed with each organization, so the plan has no list price. Enterprise is such a plan.
  • Features: what only organizations on the plan may use, White label and Custom domain. Enterprise includes both. Branding is set in Brand your portal; custom domains are coming soon.

Versions

A published price never changes, so an invoice can always be worked out again. Editing an Active plan’s prices or features saves a draft; organizations keep the current version until you Publish, which makes the draft the next version. Editing only the name changes it at once. Retire stops a plan from being assigned; organizations already on it keep their version. Only an Active plan can be assigned.

Price preview

Preview price enters a number of units per type, the storage in MB, the active users and the complexes, and shows one line per price with the Total per month or per year. It prices the draft when there is one, otherwise the current version.
