The Global Admin dashboard
Every complex on the platform at a glance: key figures, health, alerts, recent activity and usage by organization.
Dashboard is where the portal opens for a Global Admin. It shows how the whole platform is doing, from each complex’s latest daily figures, and what needs your attention.
At the top you see a greeting and the size of the platform, 12 complexes · 1,840 units across the platform. The All organizations list beside it narrows every block but Recent activity to one organization; clear it to see the whole platform again. The choice stays in the page address, so you can bookmark or share it.
What the dashboard shows
- Key figures: the complexes and their units, the occupancy, the collection rate of the last complete month, the total debt and the open tickets. Money is shown per currency and never added across currencies: with complexes in drams and dollars you see one collection rate and one debt line for each. For the whole platform you also see the monthly recurring revenue and how many organizations have an overdue invoice: see Billing overview.
- Complexes: every complex with its organization, type, units, occupancy, collection, debt in its own currency, open tickets and health: Healthy, Watch or At risk, from its collection rate and how many tickets met their deadline. Select a complex’s name to switch to it and open its dashboard. On a phone each complex is a card.
- Alerts: complexes whose collection is below target, urgent tickets past their deadline and vendor contracts that are ending. Select Open complex to go to the complex an alert is about.
- Recent activity: the last ten changes on the platform, who made them and when. View all opens the audit log.
- Platform usage: billed units, storage in GB or SMS sent, month by month over the last year, one line per organization. Pick the measure above the chart. With many organizations the five largest have their own line and the rest are added up as Other organizations.
A complex appears once its first daily figures are taken, and the figures are refreshed every hour. Archived complexes and demo organizations are left out.
Arrange your dashboard
Select Customize to choose the blocks you see and their order: select a block to hide or show it, and move it up or down. Reset to default brings every block back in the default order, and Done closes the Customize bar. Your choice is saved at once and follows you to every device.
On a phone the blocks stack in one column.
