Saved views and exports

Save a list’s search, filters, sorting and columns under a name, and export a list to Excel, CSV or PDF; finished files wait in My exports.

The portal’s lists work the same way everywhere: search, filters, sorting and columns, all kept in the page address, so a reload or a shared link opens the same view.

Lists

  • Search applies a moment after you stop typing.
  • Filter chips pick one value; All clears the filter.
  • Select a column header to sort.
  • Columns chooses which columns show; at least one stays.
  • Pages of 10, 20, 50 or 100 rows.
  • On a narrow screen the table becomes a list of cards.

If nothing matches, Clear filters resets them.

Saved views

The View menu of a list saves what you set up under a name. It is available on Organizations, Complexes, Units, Leads and the Audit log.

  • Save as new view…: give it a Name (up to 100 characters); tick Open this view by default to make the list open with it.
  • With a saved view active: Rename view…, Open this view by default (or stop doing so), and Delete view, which deletes only the view, not the list.
  • A view keeps the search, filters, sorting and columns, not the page size.

Views are personal: nobody else sees yours. Names are unique per list, and you can keep up to 100 views in all. The Units list also has preset views that cannot be changed.

Export a list

Lists with an Export button, today the Audit log, Leads and Units, export what the list shows, filters and sorting included, without paging.

  1. Select Export and choose Excel (.xlsx), CSV (.csv) or PDF (.pdf), as the list offers them: Leads has no PDF, and Units no CSV.
  2. Export started. The file will download shortly. The file is made in the background.
  3. When it is ready, a message … is ready. offers Download, on whatever page you are.

Limits: up to 10,000 rows per export (narrow the filters for more), and up to 3 exports in progress at a time. Every export is recorded in the audit log.

My exports

User menu › My exports lists every file you exported, from any context, with its Format, Status and when it was Requested. Statuses: Queued, In progress, Ready, Failed and Expired.

  • Download a ready file; each link is freshly made and works for 5 minutes.
  • Files are kept for 7 days, then removed and marked expired.
