Sign in
Open the portal, sign in with your email and password, and stay signed in on your own device.
Everyone signs in on the same page: administrators, staff, owners and residents. What you see afterwards depends on your roles.
Open the sign-in page
Open the portal’s address in your browser. If you are not signed in, it opens Welcome back, the sign-in page. On the website, the Sign in button in the header leads there too.
The top of the page has a language switcher and a theme toggle, so you can pick English, Armenian or Russian and the light or dark theme before you sign in. Your choice is saved to your profile once you are in.
Sign in with your email and password
- Enter your Email.
- Enter your Password. The eye button shows or hides what you typed.
- Leave Keep me signed in checked on your own device. Clear it on a shared computer: then you are signed out when the browser closes.
- Select Sign in.
If the email or the password is wrong, the page says Invalid email or password. and clears the password. It gives the same answer for an unknown email, so nobody can find out which addresses have an account.
After several failed attempts in a short time, the page says Too many attempts. Please try again later. Wait a few minutes and try again, or reset your password.
What you see after signing in
The portal opens the page you were trying to reach, or the home page with Welcome, your name. The home page lists your account: your email and every role you hold.
The sidebar shows the menu for your current context, the place you work in: the platform, an organization, a complex, or your own unit. If you hold more than one role, pick another context in the header; see Switch contexts.
Stay signed in
- Your session renews itself while you use the portal. After 7 days without any activity you are asked to sign in again.
- If your session ends, the portal says Your session has expired. Please sign in again. and opens the sign-in page.

Invitation links
If someone invited you, open the link from the email instead. The sign-in page also has Open an invitation link for pasting a link or code; see Accept an invitation.
