Staff

A complex’s staff hold one of four sub-roles. Each has a default set of permissions, and each complex can change it in Settings › Roles & permissions.

The four sub-roles

• Accountant: finance, payments and owner contacts.
• Board member: finance read-only, budget approval, announcements, polls and meetings, documents.
• Maintenance staff: maintenance tickets.
• Concierge / security: the visitor log and maintenance tickets.

Most of these areas are still being built: see the feature reference for what is available today. Until then, a staff member’s menu shows mostly Coming soon pages.

Your permissions can differ per complex

The menus below show each sub-role’s defaults. A complex’s administrator may give a sub-role more, such as View units or Edit units, or take some away; see Roles and permissions. A sub-role never gets the complex’s settings or its permissions page.

How you join

Staff will join by invitation from the complex’s administrator once the owners and residents pages arrive. Accepting one works as described in Accept an invitation.
