Your announcements and Home

As an owner or resident you read the notices your complex’s management sends you on Announcements and, the latest of them, on your Home.

Announcements

Sidebar › Announcements (on a phone, under More) lists every announcement you received in the complex you are in. Emergency alerts come first, then the pinned ones, then the newest.

• An emergency alert carries a red ⚠ Emergency tag.
• A pinned one carries Pinned.
• One you have not opened yet carries a dot and Unread.

Select an announcement to read it in full and download its attachments. Opening it marks it read, and the management sees that you have.

Each announcement is shown in your language. When the management did not write it in your language, you read it in English, and a note says so: No Հայերեն version — shown in English. Change your language from the header to read them in another one.

Home

Your Home shows an unread emergency alert in a red banner at the top: select it to read it. Below, Latest announcements lists the three newest; View all opens the full list.

Between them, an open vote you have not voted in yet shows under Your vote is needed: see Voting as an owner.

Planned work lists the maintenance of the next 30 days that affects you: work for the whole complex and for your entrance, with its date, hours and place. The day before, you also get a notification that leads here; see Maintenance.

The rest of your Home, your balance and requests, comes with those parts of the portal.
