Fee templates
Reusable fees, such as maintenance per m² or parking per slot, defined once for the whole platform.
A fee template is a fee defined once for the whole platform, such as Maintenance, 150 AMD per m² per month. Complexes will apply them to their units when the finance pages arrive.
Who can use it
The Global Admin: Sidebar › Settings › Fee templates in the platform context.
The list
Columns: Name (in your language, or English), Amount, Charged, Usage and Status (Active or Inactive). Edit and Delete are on each row.
Add or edit a template
Add template opens a form:
- Name (English), required, and names in Armenian and Russian, each up to 120 characters. A missing translation shows the English name.
- Amount, more than 0, with up to 2 decimals and as many as the currency allows.
- Currency, one of the enabled currencies.
- Charged: per unit / month, per m² / month, per slot / month, per storage room / month, per resident / month or one-time.
- Active: an inactive template stays in the list but is not offered to complexes.
Delete a template
Delete removes a template for good after a confirmation. A template a complex uses cannot be deleted; make it inactive instead. Until complexes can apply fees, every template reads Used in 0 complexes.
Every change is written to the audit log.
