Organizations and complexes

When the portal refuses something, it says why in a short message. Find the message below; the code after it is what support will ask for.

The organization is suspended, so changes are not allowed until it is reactivated.

Code: ORGANIZATION_SUSPENDED

While an organization is suspended, its members can read but not change anything. Contact the platform operator to reactivate it.

Complexes can only be created in an active organization.

Code: ORGANIZATION_NOT_ACTIVE

A suspended or archived organization cannot get a new complex. Reactivate or restore it first.

The organization is archived and takes no new admins.

Code: ORGANIZATION_ARCHIVED

Restore the organization before appointing admins to it.

Another organization already has this name.

Code: ORGANIZATION_NAME_TAKEN

Organization names are unique on the platform, ignoring case. Choose another name, or open the existing organization.

This organization was changed by someone else. Reload it and try again.

Code: ORGANIZATION_VERSION_CONFLICT

A colleague saved the organization while you were editing it. The form reloads; make your change again.

The complex is archived and takes no new admins.

Code: COMPLEX_ARCHIVED

Restore the complex before appointing admins to it.

Only a Global Admin or the organization’s admin can change the complex’s time zone.

Code: COMPLEX_TIME_ZONE_FORBIDDEN

Ask the organization admin or the Global Admin to change it.

This complex was changed by someone else. Reload it and try again.

Code: COMPLEX_VERSION_CONFLICT

A colleague saved the complex meanwhile. Choose Reload to see their version, then make your change again.

The complex photo must be a JPEG, PNG or WebP image.

Code: COMPLEX_PHOTO_NOT_IMAGE

Save the photo as JPEG, PNG or WebP and upload it again.

The complex photo must be 5 MB or smaller.

Code: COMPLEX_PHOTO_TOO_LARGE

Make the photo smaller than 5 MB, for example by exporting it at a lower resolution.
